SESSION WORKS

Step 1: Pre-Booking Clarity Call

We invite you to explore our website, particularly the FAQs and Myth vs. Reality sections, to gain a better understanding of the process.

Following this, we will have a warm and open conversation to get to know you, address any questions you may have, and clarify any concerns.

Following steps are done during the Session:

Step 2: Pre-Therapy Discussion

The session begins with a brief discussion to understand the following aspects:

You will also be requested to complete a Form. This initial step helps ensure that the session is conducted in a safe and supportive manner.

Step 3: Guided Relaxation

You are gently guided into a deeply relaxed but conscious state.

Your body relaxes. Your mind becomes receptive of your subconscious.

You remain aware and in control.

Step 4: Subconscious Exploration

Through carefully structured prompts, you begin accessing memories, symbols, sensations, knowing or narratives arising from your subconscious.

There is no forcing. Only gentle exploration.

Step 5: Emotional Release & Reframing

The root emotional imprint is identified and with awareness you:

You are gently guided back to full awareness with all the experiences that you gathered, feeling stable, clear, and grounded.

In post-session discussion, all questions would be addressed by the therapist ensuring a closure of the procedure.
